Worth $27,500 Have Been Awarded
Ukiah Natural Foods reserved $27,500 from 2005 store profits to award
to local nonprofit organizations. Applications were accepted for projects
that fell into one of three categories:
- Environment
- Health, wellness and nutrition
- Feeding and shelter
The Donations and Grants Committe of the Co-op's Board of Directors reviewed
all of the applications. The table below shows how they allocated the
