Grants Worth $27,500 Have Been Awarded

Ukiah Natural Foods reserved $27,500 from 2005 store profits to award to local nonprofit organizations. Applications were accepted for projects that fell into one of three categories:

  • Environment
  • Health, wellness and nutrition
  • Feeding and shelter

The Donations and Grants Committe of the Co-op's Board of Directors reviewed all of the applications. The table below shows how they allocated the funds. Congratulations to all of these excellent community organizations.
