Many aspects of baking can seem fraught with old wives’ tales, mystique, and bad advice. When you get it right, you may not even know why! We are going clear up the mystery behind making successful pie crust with science and predictable, proven techniques.

We’ll demonstrate one of the quickest, most effective and predictable methods to make fantastic pie crust every time that you can use for all types of roll-out crusts.

In Parts 1 and 2, participants were introduced to the basics of starting a hive and caring for honeybees throughout the spring. In Part 3 of the series, Mendocino native Carson Elmer will cover how to manage a hive in the summer months, including making splits, extracting honey, treating for mites, and getting ready for the fall and winter. Bring questions, there will be ample time for answers!
