Vegetarian Bulk Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups chili mix
  • 2 - 15 ounce cans kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 - 14 ounce can diced tomatoes

Preparation:

Bring water to a boil, add chili mix and stir.  Add kidney beans and diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.  Simmer for 20 minutes before enjoying!
