| Who's on the Board | The Board of Directors has nine members. To see who is currently serving on the board, click here. |

| Meetings | The Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of each month. The meeting begins at 6 pm, in the meeting room of North Coast Opportunities, 413 North State Street, Ukiah. Any member of the co-op can attend. |
| Agenda | The agenda for each meeting is generally available a few days before the meeting. It is posted on the bulletin board at the store, and also online. |
| Minutes | The minutes for each meeting are generally available about a month after the meeting (because they must be reviewed and approved by the board before they are posted). |
| Bylaws | The board of directors govern the Co-op according to our corporate bylaws. Please be aware that the PDF Bylaws file is large (180 KB) and will take a while to download. A summary version of the bylaws is also available. Known as a Member Disclosure, this document is required by law and was prepared by the Co-op's lawyer. |
| Merchandising Policy | The board adopted a Merchandising Policy that guides the Co-op's practices relating to product choice and presentation. |
